AdBlue In your Fuel
What you can do if you may have poured Adblue in your Diesel tank? AdBlue is a solution that?s composed of a mixture of deionized water and urea.Adblue is definitely devastating to your automobile's fuel system, especially if you run the engine with Adblue in your diesel tank. As soon as the engine has been started the Adblue will undoubtedly be pushed into the fuel lines and will promptly start to crystalise, resulting in disastrous and costly harm to your car's fuel system.
If you find you put AdBlue into the fuel tank empty it at the earliest opportunity. And certainly do not crank the car - not even to move it off the pump. In cases where you did start the car you will most likely need to have the full fuel system purged and filters changed.
Fuel contaminated with water
Fuel contaminated with water, whether it's unleaded petrol or diesel, tends to be a significant condition to handle in a car - especially in modern common-rail engines. Water in your petrol or diesel can easily produce idling problems, irregular running, excessive smoke and, if it's not sorted out correctly, oftentimes ruined injectors. Having water in petrol is quicker to get rid of compared to water in diesel - this is largely due to the fact that diesel is an oil. Even so we can solve both situations pretty easily.
Remember though that any time the vehicle was started on the water contaminated fuel it will likely need a new fuel filter to be installed seeing as the old one will be totally wet and useless.
