Diesel and water do not blend in any way and trying to run a diesel car on water cannot work. Furthermore, the urea is highly corrosive to fuel system hoses and seals and is more prone to crystalising, clogging injectors and filters.

Fuel contaminated with water, whether it is unleaded or diesel, tends to be a serious condition to address in a vehicle - particularly in modern-day common-rail engines.
