So, what exactly is the issue with putting AdBlue in your diesel car? Seeing as AdBlue is mostly deionised water, it is almost the same as putting water into your tank. Diesel and water will not blend in any way and trying to run a diesel car on water does not work. Additionally, the urea is extremely corrosive to fuel system pipes and seals and is susceptible to crystallisation, blocking injectors and fuel filters.

Assuming you have put AdBlue into a fuel tank drain it right away. And most certainly never start up the car - not even to shift it away from the pump. Assuming you have started the vehicle you may almost certainly have to have the full fuel system cleaned and fuel filters changed out.
