AdBlue Contamination

This is mainly caused by drivers being unsure of the way to use it (be aware: it's not a fuel additive), and partially due to the fact that the filler caps for diesel and AdBlue are typically right next to one another on the vehicle.

Well, what is the matter with putting AdBlue in the diesel vehicle? Since the product is primarily ionised water, it's nearly as good as putting water into your tank. Diesel and water don't blend at all and attempting to run a diesel car on water will never work. Furthermore, the urea is particularly corrosive to fuel system pipes and seals and is at risk of crystalising, obstructing injectors and fuel filters.

If perhaps you poured AdBlue into your fuel tank get it drained right away. And obviously be careful not to start the engine - not even to move it into a parking area. In cases where you did start the vehicle you would very likely need to have the entire fuel system purged and fuel filters changed.
