AdBlue Contamination

Diesel and water will not mix in the least and attempting to run a diesel car on water is not going to work. In addition to this, the urea is extremely corrosive to fuel system pipes and seals and is more prone to crystallisation, blocking injectors and filters.

If you poured AdBlue in a fuel tank empty it at the earliest opportunity. And of course do not start up the car - not even to maneuver it to a parking area. Assuming you did start the vehicle you may very likely need to have the full fuel system cleaned and fuel filters changed.

Water contaminated fuel

Fuel contaminated with water, irrespective of whether it is petrol or diesel, is actually a serious condition to handle in an automobile - especially in present-day common-rail engines.
